(COA) Management

At Iconic, we realize COA management is not the same as HOA management. While the basic principles of association management are the same, there is a need for specialized, value-added services unique to the commercial sector to ensure continued growth. Managing common spaces, hallways, restrooms, and interior and exterior building cleaning and maintenance present a different set of concerns than home communities. Additionally, parking lots, bio-retention ponds, BMP’s, inspections, electronic access devices all add to the distinctive needs of the association management of a commercial property.
